The System Engineering Team (STG) is a central institution at the Computer Science Division. Our main task is to provide modern and innovative technical infrastructure that allows all chairs implementing their teaching and research work efficiently and smoothly.

The central infrastructure we take care of the division comprises, among others, the following fields: 

• Network
• Storage
• Virtualisation
• Firewall / VPN
• Internal IFI WLAN
• Linux Client / Server
• Windows Client / Server
• Linux Pool
• User accounts
• Services (DNS, email, print, web)
