As soon as the summer semester lecture period draws to a close, you can apply to be a mentor for new bachelor's and teacher training students, joining the Faculty of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, for the following winter semester.
The goal of mentoring is to help first-year students get started with their studies and, in particular, to help them organize their studies themselves.
You will receive 6 ECTS points as a non-technical elective.
Which requirements do you have to fulfill?

• You are studying electrical engineering, computer science, information technology/technical computer science, business informatics, computer science teaching or information technology/electrical engineering vocational education from the third semester onwards.
• You would like to support our first-year students

The aim of the mentoring is to support new students in their start into the master's program and in particular in the self-organization of their studies.
You will get 6 ECTS credit points as non-technical elective subject.
Which requirements do you have to fulfill?

• You are studying for a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Science International, Business Informatics, or Visual Computing from the second semester onwards
• You would like to support our students at the beginning of their master studies
