In case of questions and problems, your first contact persons on site will always be the responsible system engineers of the chairs or departments, the persons in charge of room issues or administrator in charge of the relevant special system. In case of specific questions or cross-cutting problems, your contacts will involve colleagues comprehensively in charge of the relevant specialisation or, where relevant, colleagues from the university's computer centre.
